🇪🇸 Three weeks ago, I was in Spain supporting Potsdam Transfer and University Jaume I at a 4-day entrepreneurship boot camp. That week, I coached a start-up team to shape their go-to-market strategy by brainstorming ways to reach decision makers.

🇲🇾 From there, I journeyed back to my homeland, Malaysia, with a heart full of pride and excitement. After years of being away, I finally had the opportunity to give back and share the little knowledge I know with the next generation of Malaysians. Invited by one of Malaysia's leading universities, I hosted a two-day entrepreneurship boot camp for 16 undergrad student teams, each tackling unique sustainability challenges. The experience was deeply rewarding, and I left feeling energized!

🇹🇷 But my innovation journey didn't end there. Today marked the beginning of a new chapter as I, alongside two exceptional veteran Design Thinking coaches, launched a three-month HPI Design Thinking Coach Certification program in Istanbul. Our goal is to empower 13 carefully selected candidates from diverse industries and organizations to become design thinking coaches and ambassadors in their respective fields.

🌟 These 13 candidates hail from diverse industries and organizations. From employee experiences to customer experience, business development to digital transformation, and agile coaching. Over the next three months, they'll immerse themselves in the role of a design thinking coach, navigating various scenarios and contexts—from coaching a design thinking team to addressing unexpected team dynamics and overcoming resistance within their organizations. All of course, under close supervision from veteran coaches - Marco Eisenberg & Benjamin Dirks

🤗 I can't wait to see how they all develop by the end of July. By the way, this is the space at MEXT that we are in this week. Pretty futuristic, don't you think?
